Let us help you build or even create your own brand rather than leaning on the brands of others!

Sick of using tools and substrates that further the branding of others?
Its about time we change that!

Suede Sublimation

Sublimation lets us produce bold, full-color graphics on Alcantara®-style microfiber suede with a finish that stays soft and flexible—because the dye becomes part of the fibers instead of sitting on top like paint or vinyl. Your design is printed in reverse with sublimation inks, then transferred using carefully controlled heat and pressure so the color bonds permanently into the material for vibrant gradients, crisp detail, and long-lasting durability without cracking or peeling. Since suede has a natural nap, we use a refined press process to maintain an even, clean look and minimize ghosting, streaking, or press marks—resulting in high-end, colorful prints that look premium and feel like real Alcantara, not a coated fabric.

Sizing Changes

Our 3D printing workflow is built for flexibility, so changing size is quick and accurate whenever you need it. Because parts are designed as true digital models (not fixed “one-size” files), we can scale tools up or down to match different install styles, hand sizes, or vehicle access points—without having to redraw the design from scratch. In the slicer or CAD stage, we adjust overall dimensions or specific features (like thickness, edge depth, or handle length) while keeping the geometry clean and repeatable, so the tool maintains its function and fit. The result is fast, consistent customization—dialed to your preferences—without sacrificing print quality or performance.

Logo Design/Vectorization Capability

VinylMaster XPT 5.0 is a core part of our graphic design workflow because it lets us create clean, production-ready artwork for printing and cutting with consistent accuracy. We build and refine vector designs with precise sizing, smooth curves, and sharp edges—so graphics stay crisp at any scale, whether they’re being printed small or enlarged for signage and large-format output. When we’re starting from a raster image (like a photo, sketch, or low-res logo), VinylMaster’s vectorization tools let us convert it into editable vector paths, then clean up the nodes, tighten the shapes, and simplify lines for a polished, professional result. The end product is artwork that’s easy to edit, easy to reproduce, and ready for real-world production—print-ready layouts, cut-ready vectors, and consistent branding that holds up across every application.

Premium Plastics Only

Using nylon-PEBA and other flexible filaments lets our tools flex when they need to, then snap back to shape—so you get control without the brittle “all-or-nothing” feel of rigid plastics. That controlled flex is huge for real installs: it helps the edge maintain even contact on curved glass, tight corners, and uneven gaskets, and it reduces the chance of chattering, skipping, or leaving light fingers when you’re finishing. Flexible nylons also absorb impacts better, so drops and daily abuse are less likely to crack a tool, and the material’s toughness means thin, card-like profiles can still hold up under pressure. On top of that, nylon-based blends tend to resist wear and edge rounding better than many soft materials, keeping the working edge consistent longer—especially when you’re repeatedly working against seals, trim, and textured surfaces.
